Our Pine clad, wooden Wendy houses are made using SABS compliant timber frames, properly treated wooden boards, and roofing materials. Pine board cladding is cheaper than alternatives such as Nutec, however, do require regular maintenance for the longest life. However, with even minimal proper maintenance, a wooden wendy house will last for many, many years.
